Oyo State Teachers Screening Requirements

•  All Original Academic Credentials: If successfully shortlisted, you are expected to come with your original and photocopies of your WASSCE, NECO, or GCE certificate, NCE, B.Sc., or HND certificate, and NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.

• A Legalized Means of Identity: The Oyo State shortlisted candidates must possess any of the following identification documents: (Original National ID card, Driver’s license, Nigerian International Passport, or Voter’s card)

•  Other Documents: Applicants who have been shortlisted are required to report with their original acknowledgement slips printed out online, certificate of birth or age declaration, passport-sized photographs (4 copies), and certificate of state of origin.

•  Medical Reports: All shortlisted candidates must report to the OYO TESCOM screening centers with a medically certified report showing or stating that he/she is fit for a teaching job. This report must be obtained from a government hospital.

What are the Required Documents for the Oyo State TESCOM Screening?

To prove you were the one who fill out the online application form, you are required to bring the following to the screening center

• Recent Passport photographs
• Educational certificates (Primary Six School Leaving Certificate, Senior Secondary School Certificate, B.Sc., B.ED, B.A (Ed), HND, OND, or NCE certificate from a recognized institution)
• Birth Certificate (the National Population Commission) or Affidavit of Declaration of Age
• A copy of the printout of the reply to your online application
• A valid means of identity, such as a Valid Driver’s License, National ID Card, National Identification Number (NIN), Nigerian International Passport, or Voters’ card
• Bank Verification Number(BVN)
• Certificate of L.G.A of Origin (Local Government Identification)
• Print out your registration slip
• Certificate of State of Origin duly signed
